Precision Laser Cutting Machine

numerical control
stability reliable
Accurate control
Visual positioning

For precision high-speed laser cutting of metal thin plates, the whole machine runs stably, the technology is mature, the cutting efficiency is high, the cutting speed is fast, and any design shape can be processed in one go without further processing, greatly improving the processing efficiency. The overall layout of the machine tool is compact and reasonable, with a small footprint, making it a professional choice for precision cutting of thin metal sheets.

Laser Marking Machine

Good wear resistance
Efficient processing
No consumables
environment protection

QR codes can be marked on the metal packaging shell LOGO、 Product nameplates, product serial numbers, and other information are used for brand identification, tracking sources, and other purposes. The markings made by laser marking machines have good wear resistance, are not easy to erase, strong anti-counterfeiting functions, and high processing efficiency. They do not require consumables and are environmentally friendly.

Fluorocarbon gross leak detector

PFPE Oil Leak Detector

Accurate temperature control
Concave embedded battery
Equipped with magnifying glass
Block high temperatures

Use an electric heating system to heat heavy fluorine oil to 125 ℃ ± 5 ℃ for detecting electronic components that have been pressurized with light fluorine oil. The leaked components will generate bubbles due to the vaporization of light fluorine oil. The equipment is equipped with a magnifying glass that can magnify bubbles by more than 5 times, making it easy to observe small bubbles and improve leak detection efficiency.

Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector

high sensitivity
easy operation
quick response
Widely applicable

A helium mass spectrometer leak detector identifies helium that passes through a leakage path. Depending on the package and governing test method, helium may be sealed inside the component, introduced by pressurization, or applied around a test boundary while the detector operates in vacuum or sniffer mode. Instrument sensitivity alone does not define package acceptance; pressure, exposure and transfer time, package free volume, calibration, background and the specified leak-rate limit must be controlled.

Helium Leak Testing for Laser-Welded Hermetic Packages

Select the helium test mode, define package volume and timing, control calibration, and combine fine-leak measurement with an appropriate gross-leak screen. Compare gross- and fine-leak testing to understand coverage, tracer loss and conflicting test results.

Before comparing a detector reading with the drawing, check leak-rate units and acceptance criteria, including gas, reference conditions and the required decision rule.
